Returns post marked 15 days after the delivery date of purchase will be given store credit only. Returns post marked 30 days after the delivery date of purchase are not accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Captains Closet is at fault for shipping the wrong products, or if the products are defective. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not defective. A restocking fee does not apply to items that are returned for exchanges.
